By purchasing a ticket or attending the Momentum Networking Event (“Event”) hosted by The Master Connector (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms in full. Please read carefully before registering or participating.

1. Event Participation & General Liability Waiver

Attendance and participation in this event are voluntary and may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, loss of personal property, or other unforeseen incidents. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your participation.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Master Connector, its team, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, speakers, contractors, venue, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liability related to any loss, injury, or damages incurred during or in connection with this event.

2. Media Release & Guest Content Usage

This event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and commercial purposes. By entering the venue, you grant The Master Connector unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual rights to use your image, voice, and likeness in any media (photo, video, or audio) for marketing, advertising, and future event promotion—without compensation or further approval.

Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing personal media teams, photographers, videographers, or using footage/images from the event for personal brand promotion, marketing, or commercial gain without prior written consent from The Master Connector. Unauthorized use of event content or branding may result in legal action.

3. Ownership of Event Content

All event materials, branding, logos, and presentations—whether delivered live or shared afterward—are the intellectual property of The Master Connector and/or respective speakers. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use any portion of this content for personal or commercial use without permission.

4. Eligibility

Momentum is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Code of Conduct

This is a high-level networking environment designed to be inclusive, empowering, and respectful. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind toward attendees, speakers, vendors, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your ticket may be credited toward a future event hosted by The Master Connector, subject to availability and approval. Ticket transfers to another individual for the same event may also be requested in writing.

7. Privacy & Data Use
